He has been simply outstanding in customer support for me. He really understands and is ‘hands on’ with respect to the ’support’ behind the customer !

A little about me, I am using Netfirms to host several domains, of which I am starting a new small business building web sites. I will in turn be USING Netfirms to host all new customers I get. Obviously this will have a direct impact, & mean more customers for you. (hopefully!)

I am totally SOLD on using Netfirms for this new venture, and it is a DIRECT result of Dan’s excellent support.

I called customer support because I was having trouble with getting my

website to show up. I spoke with Hien and he was very friendly and

helpful. He helped me to resolve the issues that I was having and he

also guided me through the process of transferring a domain name. I

have spoke with others working in customer support at netfirms and

while they were also very helpful, Hien was very resourceful and the

most friendly. If there are any promotions or bonuses I hope that you

will consider Hien.
