I want to express my appriciation & some ++ feedback specifically towards Mr. Dan Kershaw.
He has been simply outstanding in customer support for me. He really understands and is ‘hands on’ with respect to the ’support’ behind the customer !
A little about me, I am using Netfirms to host several domains, of which I am starting a new small business building web sites. I will in turn be USING Netfirms to host all new customers I get. Obviously this will have a direct impact, & mean more customers for you. (hopefully!)
I am totally SOLD on using Netfirms for this new venture, and it is a DIRECT result of Dan’s excellent support.
I’m a big believer in voicing support & recognition to people deserve it. And Dan certainly does, in my book.
